WFC3 Painted Radiator

This is the original radiator from WFPC1. Enhancements have been made to accomodate WFC3. Before a thermal coating can be applied the radiator has to be cleaned. After cleaning, the paint can be made. The 'paint' is silicon based and has to be thoroughly mixed in order to make it smooth at the proper consistency for spraying. Several coats of the paint are applied. After painting the radiator needs to cure for 14 days. Compare the radiator before and after being painted
